This might look like the blue Cespitularia but it is not. It is a much harder to find Efflatounaria. It is closely related though. The Efflatounaria propagates by using a stolon rather than just spreading on a rock. It also has two colors to it rather than the more common Cespitularia. The base color is solid purple and the polyps are beige.
